Once your safari has been confirmed and your deposit has been received, your agreed price is locked in and will not be affected by any subsequent price increases.
Initial Inquiry and Availability Confirmation
The process begins when travellers contact us with their preferred safari departure dates, either to join an existing group departure or to arrange a private tour.
Our reservations team reviews the requested dates and responds based on availability. There are two possible outcomes:
Available: We confirm that we can accommodate the requested dates.
Not Available: We inform the traveller that the requested dates cannot be accommodated.
Booking and Payment Policy:
A deposit of 149$ per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your safari reservation with us. We accept all major credit/debit card, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
You will pay the balance for your safari on your arrival in Arusha town in cash in USD, or its equivalent in EUROS, or BRITISH POUNDS STERLING, you will pay the balance for your safari a day before the safari begins.
